New Material” explores recent advances in materials, architectural and otherwise; and reviews the 2002 AIA California Council Design Award winners. It is the 4th quarter 2002 issue of arcCA (Architecture California), which was, from 2000 to 2012, the quarterly print journal of the AIA California Council.
